To utilize our KangaLine B2B system for placing and managing orders, we require the exact details of your company. Please provide us with this information so that we can create a customer account and grant you access to the B2B system. Once your account is set up, we will send you a confirmation via email. For a comprehensive range of products with descriptions and measurements, please refer to our B2B system. You can also find product information in our retail shop, but kindly refrain from copying the descriptions directly. To access product photos, you can visit our B2B system. Alternatively, you can download our fotos from our website. These materials help maintain consistency and enhance the presentation of our products. If you have any more specific inquiries or require assistance, please let us know.

 DISCOUNTS

Regarding discounts, we primarily provide discounts for each products.You can find detailed information in the product detail page. The final price what you see in the price field is already contain our discount. These are final B2B prices.

PAYMENT / ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT

To ensure smooth payment processing, we kindly request that you include the document number in the payment title when making payments for invoices or proforma invoices. This helps us accurately identify and allocate the payment to the corresponding document. For prepayments on pro forma invoices, we ask that you make the payment only after confirming the order, and if requested the delivery costs. This ensures that the payment aligns with the final amount due. In situations where the ordered product is not in stock or requires modification, we require a 50% prepayment.

TRANSPORT / SHIPPING

To facilitate efficient transportation and shipping of your goods, please notify us at info@kangaline.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. In your notification, provide us with the full letter advice, the transportation company name and the car plate number. This information is crucial for us to identify the recipient of the goods accurately. 
To streamline the handling of goods, kindly include the proforma or invoice number in the notes section of the waybill or labels. This allows the carrier to easily identify the specific goods being transported, while also enabling the warehouse to recognize which goods from the B2B system need to be issued.
If you prefer consolidated goods to be packed on a pallet or in parcels (box/boxes), please inform us in advance. Any changes to the packing method made upon the driver's arrival may result in additional charges.

DAP (Delivered at Place) delivery by us is possible, but we need to calculate the individual price.

COMPLAINTS / CONTRACT RENOUNCEMENT

To file a complaint, we kindly request that you use e-mail, info@kangaline.com exclusively. Within the complaint, please provide as many details as possible, including pictures, a precise description of the issue, and a damage report if the damage occurred during transportation. Our team will review the complaint within 14 days from the date it was reported in e-mail. If you wish to withdraw from a contract, you can do so within a 14-day period as specified by law. To initiate the withdrawal process, please send an email to info@kangaline.com. In the case of email correspondence, please remember to include the order or invoice number.

MODIFIED PRODUCTS

Please note that products labeled as "to order / product available on request" cannot be returned once purchased. Additionally, regular products that have been modified based on the client's request, such as varnishing, upholstering, or changing the light color, are also non-returnable.
